Which companies can participate?

Companies of the digital sector that fulfill at least one of the following criteria:

  • Entrepreneurs with a solid business idea, but who haven't started their activity yet.
  • Entrepreneurs who recently established a business but are looking for financial support.
  • All business ideas have to be related to digital media, digital marketing or digital comerce.
  • All business ideas that are related to digital media, digital marketing or digital commerce (including those with many years of activity).

The jury reserves the right to exclude certain companies / ideas off of the competition and/or to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time.

Participation

Documents to provide: Business Plan

Formats of the Business Plan:

  1. PowerPoint presentation covering the following areas:
    • Executive summary
    • Business Model and its peculiarity or originality
    • Target Market
    • Products and services
    • Critical success factor
    • Phases of the plan
    • Financing
    • Investment proposal
    • Team
  2. Excel presentation:
    • Spreadsheet showing a 3 year plan including the development of the Key Performance Indicators for the business. e.g. : Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA %, EBITDA €, Headcount, OPEX, personnel costs
    • The spreadsheet should also include quarterly losses and profits and a Cash Flow plan.
